Got a haircut and my phone stopped recognizing me. Tried to set up a new Face ID and after several minutes of being told that my face wasn’t a face, I was finally told that Face ID “wasn’t available.” What the hell? pic.twitter.com/L0dd6GnW2g

Because Apple started making slippery phones with the 6, I assumed the X🅂 would be, too. Put mine in a case before I even set it up. Just took it out of the case for the first time, and the back is really sticky. Maybe I should go back to no case.

Again. And only on the iPad. Tapping the email link does nothing but crash the app. I’m beginning to think I should delete it from the device and start over. pic.twitter.com/kjsEySloGK

I haven’t found multitasking to get in my way, but I can’t tell you how many times unknowingly resting my finger on the glass has started some drag-and-drop action that I then need to cancel.

TextExpander abbreviation design - All this
“So, since delimited expansion doesn’t get me what I want, I use immediate expansion and a trick. The trick is to always start my abbreviations with a semicolon. There are no situations in my writing or programming in which a semicolon will be followed by anything other than whitespace. In English, a semicolon is always followed by a space; and in programming it’s almost always a statement delimiter—illegal to use in a variable name.”
