The Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD) is an international organization dedicated to promoting the adoption, creation, use, dissemination, and preservation of electronic theses and dissertations (ETDs). We support electronic publishing and open access to scholarship in order to enhance the sharing of knowledge worldwide. Our website includes resources for university administrators, librarians, faculty, students, and the general public. Topics include how to find, create, and preserve ETDs; how to set up an ETD program; legal and technical questions; and the latest news and research in the ETD community.

RFI - Handheld Explosive Trace Detectors - Federal Business Opportunities: Opportunities
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Urban Security Technology Laboratory (NUSTL) is seeking information on commercially available handheld explosive trace detectors using ion mobility spectrometry (IMS) and related technologies. The detectors should be easily carried by one man, have the ability to run on batteries, and the ability to perform mass screenings. Information on detectors using colorimetric methods should not be submitted in response to this RFI. NUSTL expects to select products for inclusion in a market survey and/or side-by-side comparison study based on product information submitted in response to this RFI. The target audience for this information are emergency response personnel and their purchasing agents.
