Avengers movieverse, future!fic, Loki/Clint, PG13: When Loki steps into the room, the HYDRA goons go silent. It’s a nice change from the demanding rambling, actually, even if Clint’s whole body shudders.

Darcy goes sightseeing with Steve. It kind of doesn't end well.

Darcy has been feeling increasingly detached from everything and everyone around her. Coming to the realization that her life, such as it is, may have reached its height of excitement, she is left wondering if this is all there is. Strangely enough, her disaffected mood and new propensity for dangerous situations is what draws his attention to her.

It all started because Clint’s a whistler and Darcy has always liked 80s music. Lunch ensued.

"AKA, the Avengers wind up in Vegas on a mission. Their mission is to help with clean up; Tony's mission is to help with clean up and then get everybody hammered."

Steve and Howard hooked up during WWII and then, once Steve is in 2011, he hooks up with Tony. Tony already has a bunch of issues with his father so when he finds out Steve slept with his father, he's not happy. I want angst and emotion and preferably, not a fluffy, happy ending.

Steve and Tony are in the beginnings of their relationship (hot sex all the time, talking all night because neither of them sleep much), and the inevitable conversation about Howard Stark rolls around.

Turns out Steve and Howard had a bit more going on than anyone realized, and Tony has no idea how to process the information.

How it all turns out is up to author!anon, but bonus points for angry sex at some point, and extra bonus points for a happy ending.

In the field, it’s almost impossible to sneak up on Clint but here, in the safety of Stark Tower, when he’s stirring pancake batter to the beat of a drum line, Phil has the advantage.

Clint is really bad at being single. Fury hands Coulson a mission: Find Clint Barton a boyfriend. (7,835 words)

Phil looked down at the file in his hands. Sitting on top of SHIELD's file on Clint Barton was a extra sheaf of papers filled with the sort of inane drivel you might find on internet dating sites. For the first time, Phil really didn't want to know where the research team had gotten their data. He flipped through, glancing over the information. Oh, really, was there anyone who didn't know that Barton's favorite color was purple? He sighed. "I thought we didn't get involved in our people's personal lives, if it didn't interfere with their operational performance. Hawkeye performs fine in the field."

"This is the Avengers," Fury said. "And he may be fine in the field, but he's stopping that team from integrating the way we need it to. Barton needs to chill, and apparently to do that he needs a boyfriend. So you're going to find him one."

Phil's mouth curved up at the corners. "Because my own personal life recommends me so thoroughly for the job." He'd given up on dating years ago. He'd given up on having a personal life at all, really, but SHIELD was more than capable of filling in the spaces.

"Do you want me to assign an undercover agent to play the role of boyfriend?" Fury asked, brows lifting. "Because that was option two."

"No." Coulson shuffled through the file one more time before tossing it onto Fury's desk. "But that isn't going to help me. I'll handle my own intel on this one."

"Birthdays, like love, are for children. She doesn’t know how old she is, much less the day on which she was born, and she is duly surprised when she walks into a random living room on a random floor of Stark Tower. She wonders that she’s grown so predictable or perhaps it is just that she will always find them."
