How to Install the Built-In Windows 10 OpenSSH Server
Buried in the list of optional features that can be installed in Windows 10 are the beta versions of a OpenSSH Client and an OpenSSH Server. The client allows you to connect to remote SSH servers directly from the Windows command line and the server allows remote users to to remotely connect to Windows 10 and receive a command prompt over SSH.

Secure Secure Shell
You attempted to reach stribika.github.io, but instead you actually reached a server identifying itself as a shape shifter humanoid reptile alien. This may be caused by a misconfiguration on the server or something more serious. An attacker on your network could be trying to get you to visit a fake (and definitely harmful) version of stribika.github.io. You should not proceed.

Enabling the hidden OpenSSH server in Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (1709) — and why it’s great!
It doesn’t seem to be well known and I couldn’t find it on the Windows 10 release notes: The stable version of Windows 10 1709 “Fall Creators Update” ships with a built-in Windows-native ssh client and server. Here’s how to enable, configure and use it.

debian - SSH sessions hang on shutdown/reboot - Server Fault
So in order to have systemd behave in a non-stupid non-asshole way, I have to install dbus.
That's just fucking brilliant.

SSH returns: no matching host key type found. Their offer: ssh-dss - Ask Ubuntu
ssh -oHostKeyAlgorithms=+ssh-dss root@192.168.8.109
You can also add a host pattern in your ~/.ssh/config so you don't have to specify the key algorithm every time:

Host nas
HostName 192.168.8.109
HostKeyAlgorithms=+ssh-dss
