The State of Recruiting Technology in 2019 — A Year of Consolidation, Growth & Innovation
"Oracle and IBM, in particular, are hemorrhaging market share (see above) and customers are now demanding that their core recruiting platforms do more than just process applicants. They must also become global marketing platforms that engage their audience (i.e. candidates), drive corporate initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, and support career and pay progression."

But with the stakes so high, can any business leader afford to not consider tools that, properly applied, could mitigate significant risks to the business?

In private conversations, some HCM providers (not necessarily the six highlighted earlier) indicate that they are thinking about how they can address these types of issues. They may not be talking about them publicly, but new applications of data science for HCM may be coming soon."

"On the concern side I would like to see Kronos push the pedal a little more on the gas pedal in regards of development speed.
