c# - Converting the date within the places.sqlite file in Firefox to a DateTime - Stack Overflow

Unix timestamps are measured in seconds. These values are larger by a factor of one million, i.e., they are using microseconds:

<code>> select datetime(1373306583389000 / 1000000, 'unixepoch');

Introducing Extension Signing: A Safer Add-on Experience | Mozilla Add-ons Blog

What are my options if I want to install unsigned extensions in Firefox?
The Developer Edition and Nightly versions of Firefox will have a setting to disable signature enforcement. There will also be special unbranded versions of Release and Beta that will have this setting, so that add-on developers can work on their add-ons without having to sign every build. To disable signature checks, you will need to set the xpinstall.signatures.required preference to "false".
type about:config into the URL bar in Firefox
in the Search box type xpinstall.signatures.required
double-click the preference, or right-click and selected "Toggle", to set it to false.

CLOSED IS OPEN
LIBERTY IS RECKLESSNESS
CONTROL IS FREEDOM

But it was all right, everything was all right, the struggle was finished. He had won the victory over himself. He loved Mozilla.

Content, Ads, Caution | Mitchell's Blog
From the comments:
For the past $many years, marketing departments of all sorts have developed one core goal: convincing people that they are necessary. The underlying message in this endeavour has been that “you are a consumer and not a person, you should have everything handed to you on a platter, and having to think or research for yourself is a bad thing, so just leave that to us”. The result of this is that people have become lazier and more demanding than ever before, and their demands are usually taught, not motivated.

Show All Body Parts :: Add-ons for Thunderbird [https://addons.mozilla.org/]
Based on bug #602718 (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=602718), it seems like this should fix the problem with inline images (e.g., from Apple Mobile Mail) not showing up inline in Thunderbird. But it doesn't.

A week or two ago we all sat around and tried to think up a name for the client; we can’t call it Mosaic, because that’s the name of the company. The marketroids had all kinds of silly suggestions like Cyber this and Power that and blah-blah Ware. Then someone said something about crushing NCSA Mosaic, and I blurted out “Mozilla!” Everyone seemed to like that, so I think that might end up being the official name of the browser.
