Interesting observation. Since Apple advertises for sale the iPhone SDK (pay $100 and sign an NDA to sign up!) it is somewhat questionable whether they can claim it as a "trade secret". They can, of course, still prosecute violations of their NDA agreements, but can they go after 3rd parties?
