so true - it's like for internet things, accepted legal process is ignored; i wonder though, if this is because certain sectors of the government structure (judges, etc) are ignorant about tech, and trying to hide/ignore that real ignorance, and other sectors are highly knowledgeable (police, nsa, etc) - creates a bad situation
